Great location at a very good price

Hotel is very basic, it is actually one of an number of hotels in an apartment block, best ring ahead of time to ensure there will be someone to meet you, as there did not appear to be a dedicated reception area. That said, it is cheap and chearful and right beside Termini Station so a great central location

The Hotel is an apartment in the building as most apartments in it. So you needn't to look for receiption. You should go to the 2nd floor and find the door-bell with the name written by pen "Belvedere".

The staff actually do not speak any other language than Italian! We needed earlier breakfast, but it was impossible. It could be brought only from 8 o'clock. I couldn't connect WiFi... But t could be also problem of my phone.I Wrote that we need twin room, but we were given dbl.

When we arrived we had to wait a long time before someone could open our room because there is no reception and the people in the hotel are not good at English. Camere Belvedere A Termini is a hallway with a few rooms and nothing more. It was fine, but could have been more clear in advance. The room was big with a high ceiling and right next to Termini, which is a great location. We walked within an hour through most of Rome's center. The neighborhood is quiet at night except for some hookers on the streets. At daytime many Asian people are trying to sell you something on the street. The breakfast in bed is alright.

We only got two rolls of toiletpaper in three days and there is not enough soap, but the lady who works there is the girlfriend of the owner and she is very nice. One night people were screaming on the hallway, including an employee, which woke us up.

Room was very nice, we got it in the silent side of building and we're very happy with this hotel. It was enough place in the room, big bed and nice table with two chairs were you can take your breakfast, really romantic:)

Poor breakfast, but delicious cappucino. No reception.

The staff is very helpful. He has tried to ensure u have all facilities he could provide. The most impressed is that he's so kind to introduce the sightseeing locations on map and how to go. Moreover, he also provided information of where to buy one day transportation travel card and how much is it. He gives so much help for a first-time traveller in Rome.

The lady in the hotel was very nice. The lady cleaned the room daily. The location was excellent.

I can't say I did not like something about the hotel.. but the cooker in the room was turned off in order for smell not to spread! I would liked a better breakfast. The breakfast was only a slice of bread, a croissant, butter and jam, juice and a tasty cup of coffee. There was no option, everyday the same. Also do not think of the hotel as a real hotel, it was a flat turned into a B&B. The whole building was turned into small hotels. In the first night, there was no free room in this hotel, so they gave us a room in another hotel in the same building, it was small with no window but they compensated us by reducing the price of the night.

The hotel is next to the main public transportation and that was very convenient! The room was very clean and warm and there was hot water all day and night!

It was not easy to communicate with the staff of the hotel because they did not speak all of them english!

The room was clean and comfortable (like in the photos). It is on the 2nd floor of the building where there are many apartments converted into B&B rooms (which is characteristic for the neighborhood). There was always hot water and the heating was excellent. A cheerful lady brought us breakfast to the room every morning and there is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator, which is very practical. The position is very good, because it is close to the main metro and train station (perfectly connected to the airport) and you can also walk to other parts of the city. There is no real reception but you actually need it only at check-in (we suggest you call them and inform them when you are planning to arrive). The receptionist was very nice and helpful. He suggested to us some beautiful old-style Italian restaurants with fantastic food and service.

The area is a bit dodgy, with kebab and Chinese shops everywhere (you lose the impression that you are in Rome), but it is not dangerous at night as some mentioned before. Don’t expect much from breakfast (coffee or juice, a croissant and a jam). They didn’t change our sheets and towels during 5-day stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work.
